A 3D tour (Virtual Tour) as a sophistecated slideshow of 360 images connected together by arrows leading the user from room to room. The 3D tour will also generate a basic floor plan for visual aid only, not reliable for measurment accuracy.
A Video is a passive experience where the camera sits on top of a stabalizer for those smooth cinematic presenation of the space. It's best used being uploaded to agent's social media.
BOTH come with a ready-to-share unbranded MLS link.
Most of the time we're able to navigate the bad weather and shoot the exteriors whenever the rain stops. We can continue working inside the house diring rain. If it's a continious, all-day raing - it may be best to re-schedule the night before to avoid last-minute cancelation fee.
We would then start at a designated room where the owner would spend the time during the shoot. Once we're done taking photos and scanning 3D, we will finish with the video - and go into the room where the pet/ower is last, this way the owner/pets has to be moved only once out of the room.
You'll recieve an email with a delivery link with all the media displayed. You'll have to go through the pay-wall to be able to download the images.
In the delivery page, above the 3D tour, you'll see the option for an unbraded tour link. Copy that link and paste it in the "Realtor" tab in the MLS.
